Kanfa Aragon has purchased a 50% equity interest Kanfa Aragon Americas, an engineering company focused on providing engineering and technology solutions in the Americas and Caribbean from concept through to engineering, procurement and construction.
The remaining 50% interest will be held by a group of engineering professionals in the gas processing and liquefied natural gas industry who have previously worked with companies such as KBR, Black & Veatch, Mustang, CB&I, Aker Kvaerner and WorleyParsons.
