Keppel Nantong Shipyard has beenawarded a contract from Sofec for the fabrication of an externalturret mooring system for a floating production, storage andoffloading vessel destined for the Tullow Oil-operatedTweneboa-Enyenra-Ntomme fields, off Ghana.
Keppel said the fabrication of theturret was expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2015.
Tokyo-based Modec is building the FPSOwhile its sister company Sofec is responsible forthe mooringsystem.
