Keppel said the jack-up Hercules Resiliencewas delivered 45 days ahead of schedule and follows on from the jack-upHercules Triumph which was delivered in April, 46 days ahead of schedule.
The Hercules Triumph has since begun a 110-daycontract with Cairn India in the Indian Ocean worth $36.6 million.
Both rigs are capable of operating in waterdepths of 400 feet and drilling to a depth of 35,000 feet and are capable ofoperating in virtually all parts of the world, outside of Norway and theArctic.
