Carole Waugh, a former Veba Oil executive, has reportedlynot been heard of since mid April after which it is believed she was abductedand her accounts raided by, in some cases, people who have been impersonatingher.
Scotland Yard said the last known sighting of Waugh was in London on 4 May.
UK media outlets report on Thursday that eight people havebeen arrested in connection with the disappearance of the 50-year-old who lastcontacted her family three months ago.
