The letter of intent sets out principles which will guide future discussions between the companies on the negotiation of final commercial terms regarding the commercialisation of Linc’s UCG technology and integrated downstream applications, including gas-to-liquids technology.
Linc said YakutMinerals had agreed to fund the initial resource screening and opportunity assessment study in the Chukotka region, with the companies to then work together if any resources are found that would support a commercial UCG project.
