LNG Ltd said on Tuesday it had signed a term sheet with LNG Holdings Corporation that provides for a proposed 20-year tolling agreement under which the latter would be responsible for delivering gas to the Magnolia LNG project for liquefaction, storage and delivery onto LNG ships, or elsewhere as designated by LNG Holdings.
In consideration of the tolling services, LNG Holdings will pay a fixed monthly capacity fee over the entire 20-year period, as well as other fees in relation to the Magnolia project’s fixed and variable operating and maintenance costs.
