The company’s US-focused, wholly-owned subsidiary Magnolia LNG has signed the agreement to secure gas transportation services for the full 8 million tonnes per annum capacity of the MLNG facility in Louisiana.
The agreement secured firm gas transportation rights for each of the four trains planned for the MLNG project from various receipt points along the pipeline to the project site.
After a number of conditions are met, the company will execute a firm transportation service agreement.
