The project, operated by Victoria’s operating subsidiary Gaz du Cameron (GDC), has been at the centre of disagreements since early 2013 when RSM failed to pay cash calls which were terms of an operating agreement between the companies.
RSM has agreed to pay $16.3 million towards the cash calls and has agreed to an audit to determine the final balance.
The audit will be carried out by an independent auditor and will start within the next two months.
