The cranes are destined for three pipe-laying support vessels(PLSVs) that the yard is building for London-based, Oslo-listed Subsea 7.
The latest vessels, hulls 731, 733 and 735, will each befitted with one 100-tonne capacity and one 25-tonne capacity MacGregor AHC subsea cranes,designed to operate at depths of 3500 metres and 3000 metres respectively.
Delivery of the cranes is scheduled between June andDecember 2015.
