The Utica-focused subsidiary of McClendon's American Energy Partners has begun getting permission fromcounty engineers in Harrison County, Ohio, to build a drilling pad in MoorefieldTownship in the south-central part of the county along the border with GuernseyCounty, according to Ohio regulatory records.
