It will also work on a pair of subseapipeline installations, three submarine power cables and two fibre opticcables.
Although the client was not named,McDermott said the EPCI contract is a continuation of work for the samecustomer on the same field.
Mobilisation will begin in the secondquarter next year with the work set to be completed by the first quarter of2015.
