“Once we have the legislation ready and approved (by lawmakers) we plan to hold a round,” Esperanca Bias, the country’s Mineral Resources Minister, told Upstream on the sidelines of LNG 17 in Houston on Wednesday.
She did not specify when a round could take place, but said the council of ministers must review the changes before they go before the national assembly for a vote.
