Block partner KrisEnergy said operator Eni had issued Neon with default notices on 7 March in regards to its outstanding due and unpaid cash calls related to Block 105 and Block 120 amounting to $22.1 million.
Under the terms of the joint operating agreements for the blocks Neon had 30 days to pay the money it owed or withdraw from the blocks.
