The company called Fecon International hassigned on at the yard’s subsidiary Keppel Fels for a trio of KFels B-classunits for a total of $650 million.

The rigs, which will be delivered in thesecond half of 2016, will be capable of drilling to 30,000 feet in 400 feet ofwater. They will be able to accommodate 150 people and all will come equippedwith a full 15,000 pse blowout prevention system.
