Reports emerged that Seven Group Holdings(SGH), which is headed by Don Voelte, is preparing a bid for the strugglingcompany. Voelte stepped down as Nexus chairman last month to prevent anyconflict of interest with his position at SGH.
Nexus confirmed on Friday it had helddiscussions with SGH but said no agreement had been concluded and there was noguarantee a binding offer would be made.
