Late last year the companies signed an agreement whereby Colossal would acquire the company’s interest in service contract 54A and Block A, B, Block B retention and Block D retention of service contract 14.
The companies failed to get joint venture and government approval dooming the sales and purchase agreement.
Nido will retain its interests in the service contracts.
