Nido reached a deal to farm-out a 40% stake in SC63 to Dragon Oil earlier this year which would have seen it left with a 10% and PNOC-EC holding the remaining 50% interest.
The Australian company revealed on Monday it had executed the second stage of the farm-in process, with PNOC-EC agreeing to hand over 10% of its stake to Nido.
