The explorer has written to local residents in the WestSussex village advising them of its application to flow test the well in athree- to five-week operation that would be “significantly smaller in scope”than the previous drilling activity.
West Sussex Council opened the explorer’s flow test applicationfor a 50-day public consultation period earlier this week, and the authority isaiming to make a decision on the issue by late April.
