Lawrence Bengal, the director of the commission, told Upstream that he had heard nothing from inspectors in the field or from industry players in Faulkner County, where much of the worst damage was concentrated in the Sunday storms.
He said operators would have to report to the commission any "leaks or discharges" or any impacts to production facilities. He had received no such reports as of Monday morning.
