Noble said on Thursday that its Leviathan-4 appraisal well, which was drilled to a total depth of 5179 metres, encountered 138.4 metres of net pay in multiple intervals. According to the company, this is the thickest net pay of any well drilled at Leviathan to date.
Reservoir quality and field-wide gas-water contact were confirmed and 73 metres of core was recovered.
