Noble said the Regina Allen jack-up, originally scheduled to start work in the second quarter of 2013, is now due to start work for Gaz de France in the first quarter of 2014 at a day rate of $230,000.
"Timing remains subject to change due to ongoing investigation of jacking incident in the shipyard," Noble said in its January fleet status report.
