North Atlantic is issuing a total of 13.5 million shares at an offer price of $9.25 per share under the initial public offering that is set to raise about $125 million to bolster its corporate coffers and will mark its debut on a foreign bourse.
The company’s shares are currently traded over the counter in Oslo, with the latest price at around $8.97.
