Speaking at a breakfast at the 2014 APPEA conference in Perth on Tuesday, the Minister made an announcement regarding a change to the Northern Territory build scheme.
The scheme is a long service leave programme for construction workers in the NT which is funded through a levy on construction work.
Holthe announced changes to this scheme, based on discussions with key industry players.
