Oaktree has also taken Middle Eastern offshore vessel ownerGulmar Offshore completely under its wing having injected $100 million into thebusiness in 2010.
ISS said that Oaktree has invested in the Aberdeen-basedbusiness by taking the shareholding previously held by Lloyds. However, ISSremained coy on some details and nobody was available for comment until nextweek.
Simultaneously Gulmar revealed that it has now transformedinto Iremis of which Oaktree is the sole shareholder.
