The Indian company issued the RegS bonds intwo tranches of $500 million, each with a five and 10-year tenor.
The 10-year bonds were priced at thetreasury bond rate plus 272.5 basis points bearing a fixed coupon of 5.375% perannum, while the five-year bonds were priced at the treasury bond rate plus222.5 basis points bearing a fixed coupon of 3.875% per annum.
