The Swedish independent drilled three wells into the Barikreservoir on the Farha South field in Block 3 in the last term, with all threethrowing up oil-bearing blocks.
Managing director Magnus Nordin commented: “Again 3D seismic provesto be the key to success.”
In total 10 wells were completed in the second quarter includingfive production wells and a pair of water-injection wells.
“During the coming months increased focus will be onexploration, with exploration wells to be drilled also in Block 4,” Tethyssaid.
