Integra, the consortium comprised of OSX and Brazil construction company Mendes Junior, in 2012 won a contract worth about $2 billion to carry out integration work and topsides fabrication for the P-67 and P-70 FPSOs.
OSX filed for bankruptcy protection a few weeks ago on the heels of sister oil company OGX’s collapse.
OSX values its Integra participation at about $60 million according to a securities filing from the company, which did not disclose potential buyers.
