Otto had problems with the Duhat-2 well in the Philippines during drilling, with those problems extending into post-drilling assessment.
Extensive post-well analysis returned very low trace gas readings and brackish water present in the samples.
The well was shut-in using heavy-weight mud and a cement plug before the company elected to withdraw from SC51.
Duhat-2 was drilled in July 2013 where the company encountered well control issues.
