A random sample of 134 companies on the UK's junior stock exchangeshowed that general and administration costs rose by 21% between 2008 and 2012to an average of £5.47 million ($9.01 million), London-based accountancy firm SKS BusinessServices said.
During the same period the companies swung from an averageprofit of £9.6 million to an average loss of £1.52 million.
