Parker made a net profit of $27.02 millionlast year as against $37.31 million in 2012. This was despite revenues climbingfrom $677.76 million to $874.17 million.
The reason was a large hike in expenses, withthe company booking a $28.2 million non-recurring expenses, mainly due to a companyacquisition and debt extinguishment costs.
