Halliburton de Mexico was awarded the work to develop the Humapa area and Operadora de Campos DWF will take on the Miquetla tract, Mexico's state-led oil company said.
Petrolite will take on Soledad, the sixth and final area.
Pemex did not disclose financial details but said the winners had presented the "best economic condition... considering per-barrel rates and investment factors."
But the Mexican firm saw no bids from the three other areas on offer, Amatitlan, Pitepec and Miahuapan.
