Certain employees over 55 would be eligible for the plan to help improve productivity and meet performance targets, the Brazil oil giant said in a securities filing on Friday.
The goal is to "adjustcompany personnel to its business and management plan; achieve companyinterests in line with ith employees' expectations and preserve existing knowledgein the company," Petrobras said.
