As previously reported by Upstream, the Brazilian state giant split the work on the FPSOs, assigning work for only the P-74 to the EBR consortium, made up of Toyo Engineering and Setal, which will take place in a shipyard in the Rio Grande do Sul state.
The job on the P-76 will go to a Technip-Techint collaboration, with work to be done in the Pontal do Parana
Petrobras did not divulge final contract amounts for the contracts, which saw tender results divulged in January.
