Loi Martin Bakani told delegates at the PNG Mining and Petroleum Conference in Sydney that using this capability in the next two to three years would enhance the country's economic productive capacity.

Bakani said part of the productive capacity already available in PNG is in the form of certain skilled manpower and, machineries and equipment.
