The Australian company has closed a credit facility with Melody Business Finance which will fund the seismic part of the exploration programme.
The facility will fund a large portion of the upfront cost of exploration activity.
Rampart said it expects to have no debt at the end of the facility as it will be paid back through the Alaskan government’s repurchase of tax credit certificates issued to Rampart.
