The new shale-focused explorer, which holds interests or options to earn interests in eight permits covering almost 23,000 square kilometres in the region, has been developing the area’s previous drilling data and mapping the depth, thickness and total organic carbon of the Toolebuc shale formation. This work has included reviewing data from more than 120 petroleum wells drilled in the area.
