Red Sky entered into a sale agreement to sell its 20% interest in its non-operated interest in exploration permits PEL457 and 479 in the Clarence Moreton basin.
The company still holds an interest in permit application PELA 135.
The transaction is subject to shareholder approval, which will be sought soon.
It is also subject to ERM board approval and consent by its joint venture partner.
