The L-shaped HiLoad unit will start operation in Brazil during the fourth quarter this year but the 10-year time charter contract starts in the first quarter next year.
Remora has already begun modifications in a yard in Kristiansand, Norway, to prepare the one HiLoad unit built for Brazilian duty. It is scheduled for delivery from Norway to Brazil in August 2013.
