The Permian basin-focused player said on Thursday that the sale, which includes its ownership interests in the Cooper Jal, Langlie Jal, Jordan San Andres, Edwards Garyburg, Kermit, McElroy and Kayser properties, was expected to conclude during the second quarter of this year.
Resaca is now progressing the sale through due diligence and customary documentation. It said it also anticipated the retention of certain producing properties and interests post-closing.
