The company said on Wednesday it had entered into an agreement with Vantage Drilling regarding payment terms in relation to the early termination of the contract.
Rialto had enlisted the rig Vantage Sapphire last year for its 2013 drilling programme off the coast of the West African country. The original contract was for 105 days at a total value of $17.33
