Roc has agreed to take a 50% participating interest in the PSC which contains the D35, D21 and J4 fields that currently produce at a combined rate of about 10,000 barrels of oil per day and 17 million cubic feet of gas per day.
The farm-in terms include a $25 million payment plus a carry with a 50% participating interest of $80 million for the project spread over two phases which will involve redevelopment and an enhanced oil recovery project.
