“The company can confirm that Dixon-Clarke has theintention of stepping down as the company's finance director in early 2014 andthat the company is well advanced in making an appointment of a successor,” theAIM-listed explorer said following a report in the UK’s Sunday Times newspaper.
The explorer added that details of Dixon-Clarke’sdeparture had yet to be fully agreed but that he would likely stay on asconsultant for an interim period until his replacement is appointed.
