Rosetta agreed late last year to buy an additional 5078 acres of leasehold in Reeves County, Texas, from several private parties for $85 million.
The leases include 13 gross producing wells, 11 of which are operated. Rosetta estimates the properties to hold another 49 net (145 gross) future horizontal drilling sites for upper Wolfcamp wells in the Delaware sub-basin. The deal is expected to close at the end of February.
