Brisbane-based Senex Energy is farming into an exploration licence previously owned by Beach Energy in South Australia’s Cooper basin.
Australia-listed Tellus Resources said on Wednesday it had agreed with Senex to transfer a 50% stake in PEL 105, which it owns through its wholly-owned subsidiary PNC Aust.
Tellus acquired PNC, which initially held a 50% stake in the block, from Beach in August.
