TheOslo-listed rig contractor has so far failed to line up a contract for theSevan Developer under construction at Cosco Shipyard, with delivery of the unitnow delayed from the scheduled date of 30 April to the third quarter this year dueto delays in supplies of subsea equipment to the yard.
