The Anglo-Dutch supermajor has retained Texas-basedEndeavor Management “to provide advisory services in preparation for thepotential resumption” of its exploration drilling in the Chukchi Sea, Endeavorsaid on Tuesday.
“Endeavorwill provide support and advice for a third-party audit of Shell's managementsystems related to Arctic operations,” the Houston-headquartered firm said.
“Endeavorworked with Shell's venture team in 2013 to develop an integrated operations plan,covering the full scope of operations in the Chukchi Sea, which was submittedto the US Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM).
