Drilling was originally planned to begin in early 2013, but there were a series of difficulties with the semi-submersible drilling rig Noble Clyde Boudreaux which incurred 45 days of operational downtime in the second quarter of 2013, and 54 days of downtime in the first quarter.
Shell has the semisub on contract until late January 2015 at a dayrate of $417,000.
