The China-focused company said on Tuesday that its PSC partner China United Coalbed Methane (CUCBM) has signed a supplementary gas sales agreement with an unnamed industrial gas purchaser in China’s Shanxi Province.
CUCBM, which holds a 30% stake in the Linxing PSC, first signed the initial deal with Sino in June. Under the terms of the agreement, CUCBM would take up to 35 million cubic feet per day of production from the Sino Ordos basin projects, with any further volumes dependent on well performance and further negotiations.
