The Montreal-based company’s local offshoot in Saudi Arabia,SNC-Lavalin Fayez Engineering (SLFE), recently acquired the industrial divisionof Zuhair Fayez Partnership, it said on Thursday.
No further details of the acquisition were given, however.
SLFE is being invited to bid for front-end engineering andother projects for Saudi Aramco involving both onshore and offshore oil &gas projects.
These include production and processing facilities, as wellas other infrastructure, refineries and petrochemical plants.
