The nomination stage is the first step in a revamped bidding process that will allow operators to design block sizes that encompass the areas they believe hold the best chances for commercial finds, Staatsolie petroleum contracts manager Marny Daal-Vogelland told the Trinidad & Tobago Energy Conference in Port of Spain.
